Diecast until paid for in full. Pre ordered items that are subsequently not
paid for will be released for resale without prior notice. We reserve the right
to cancel any sales agreement where non-availability and subsequent re-supply
becomes impossible.
Product Descriptions
Due to the very nature of the content of this website, Enter Planet Diecast
endeavours to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product
descriptions or other content of this site is current or 100% error-free. If
a product advertised on this website is not as described, your sole remedy is
to return it to us in its ‘as received’ condition complete with
original packaging. You will be reimbursed in full via the same method used
for payment. Items marked ‘Pre order’ will include an expected date
of release

The risk of loss and damage of items pass to the customer upon our delivery
